


Since 1870, the precinct bounded by Percy, Mitchell & Alexander Street has been an institution in Mount Gambier. Now under new ownership and to be reborn as The Mills, it will be home to a mix of new usages across its incredible, historic buildings.
Stage 1 works are scheduled to commence in late January 2022 with the redevelopment of the Percy Street Forecourt


This work will include new undercover seating and dining areas, as well as fully accessible ramping and lift
But that's just the beginning.
Stage 2 will see the creation of Mills Lane, connecting Mitchell Street with the Hedley Street carpark


A public thoroughfare that will re-activate the former Stores and upper levels of these historic buildings
A space for community activity to support music, arts, markets, food and wine
